What is AWANA?

Awana is an international, Bible-centered children’s and youth ministry providing local churches with weekly clubs and programs.
The goal of Awana is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and to train them to serve Him.
The word AWANA stands for Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed and comes from 2 Timothy 2:15.

What does AWANA look like?

Awana is a place…just for kids!  We know that your kids will have a great time building relationships with each other and adults who care about them all while getting to know God’s Word in an in-depth and personal way.
A typical Club Night will include Game Time, Large Group Time with singing, story, and object lessons, Award Time, & Closing Time

What are the ages of AWANA?

The Awana program is divided into 4 age groups.

Puggles:  2-3 year olds
Cubbies:  4-5 year olds
Sparks:  K-2nd grade,
T & T:  3rd-5th grade.

What does AWANA cost?

Registration for Awana is $10 per child.  Uniforms for each child are $12 (Puggles) --   $13(Cubbies & Sparks) – $18 (T & T). Books are $11 each.  Awards are included in Registration cost.  Each child is required to have a uniform and book.  Bags are optional.  We never want money to hold someone back to being a part of Awana.  Please contact Becky Cannon if  you need assistance with the costs of Awana or more information about our program.
